TICKET REFUND UPDATE - 9TH SEP

All applications for ticket refunds have now been processed by the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises (RAFCTE).

Tickets purchased through See Tickets and Ticketmaster have been refunded automatically by the ticket agents. Those people who bought via the Air Tattoo website have also had their money returned in accordance with the Air Tattoo’s ticket refund policy. Additional tickets that have been returned for the Grandstand and Jubilee Garden have also been refunded.

All applications for refunds by people who purchased though external outlets, such as Barclays, Robert Dyas and Tourist Information Centres, have also been processed. Refunds have included the booking fee, where applicable.

Members of the Friends of the Royal International Air Tattoo have also been refunded. Refunds for traders have also been processed and cheques have been posted.

RAFCTE Director of Finance David Higham said that everyone who has sent in their tickets for refund has had their application processed.

“I am pleased that we have been able to administer the refunds ahead of our self-imposed eight-week deadline because we appreciate how important it is to get the money back into people’s pockets as quickly as possible.

“However, people should allow at least 14 days for any refunds to be cleared through their bank accounts.”
